iLivestock has been shortlisted for Manufacturer of the Year (under £10m) at the Insider Made in Scotland Awards 2026. Headlined by the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland, the awards celebrate excellence across Scotland’s manufacturing sector, recognising businesses demonstrating innovation, growth and a strong contribution to the economy.
An expert judging panel selected this year’s finalists from a record number of entries. iLivestock is shortlisted alongside Cnuic Technologies, IOLLA, Lochcarron of Scotland, Motivity Solutions Ltd and Stewart Technology Ltd. Together, the finalists reflect the breadth of Scotland’s manufacturing sector, spanning technology, engineering, consumer brands and heritage manufacturing.
Based in Fife, iLivestock designs and manufactures patent-protected hardware and software that helps sheep and cattle farmers identify, weigh and manage their animals. Its flagship eWeigh technology connects livestock weighing and electronic identification equipment directly to the iLivestock mobile app.
In 2025, iLivestock moved into a new 8,200 sq ft manufacturing centre in Dunfermline. The facility brings research and development, engineering, manufacturing, quality control, logistics and dispatch together under one roof, supporting greater production capacity and international growth.

iLivestock now works with ten exclusive partners across ten countries. Its longer-term strategy includes bringing a greater proportion of manufacturing into Scotland and continuing to develop practical livestock technology for farms worldwide.
The Made in Scotland Awards 2026 will take place on 8 October 2026 at the voco Grand Central Glasgow.
