Zoe Steel – Sales Account Manager

Zoe studied Applied Animal Science and has a strong background in husbandry and agri customer service. She supports Scottish farmers in using iLivestock tools to make everyday tasks easier.

Sarah Pennington – Customer Support Specialist

Sarah runs her own flock and uses iLivestock daily. With a background in farming and retail, she helps farmers across the South get to grips with the software in a down-to-earth, relatable way.

Alex Walker – Customer Support Specialist

Alex helps farmers get the most out of iLivestock. She’s often the friendly voice on the support line, making sure users get clear, helpful answers.

Gabbi Duval - Head of UK Sales & Global Support

Gabbi has over 15 years’ experience in SaaS and farm software. She’s passionate about helping farmers simplify their workload and get real value from digital tools.

Ian Jones – Weighing, EID & Project Specialist

Ian has decades of experience in livestock identification, having worked at Allflex and IGER. He knows the industry inside out and supports UK farmers in finding the right tech to suit their systems.
