    Improved weighing performance

    iLivestock has introduced significant improvements to its weighing algorithm, delivering faster and more reliable weighing results for livestock farmers.

    eWeigh algorithm
    The updated algorithm has been developed using real-world livestock data, extensive on-farm testing and farmer feedback. It now adapts automatically to the animal’s movement and the weighing conditions, removing the need to choose between speed, balanced and accuracy settings. 


    The result is a more consistent and efficient weighing experience across sheep and cattle operations. This makes weighing simpler for farmers. When conditions are suitable, weights can be captured more quickly, while the system continues to prioritise stability and accuracy throughout.

    Now rolled out across two mobile platforms iLivestock Software and the eWeigh app, the enhanced weighing algorithm delivers speeds of just a few seconds under normal conditions, while achieving accuracy in line with industry standards.

    This update represents another step forward in providing farmers with dependable, real-time insights when it matters most.
