Updates to the iLivestock Dashboard
iLivestock has begun rolling out the first phase of its Dashboard update, marking the start of a focused programme to improve usability, accuracy, and overall user experience.
This initial milestone centres on first impressions and core experience, with updates across key entry points including the home (overview), login, sync, and navigation pages. The goal is to create a more consistent, professional feel while making it easier for users to engage with the platform from the moment they log in.
As part of these improvements, the Dashboard now offers a stronger “drop-in” experience—giving users clearer, more useful information when opening pages and reports. Data accuracy has also been a key focus, ensuring animal numbers more closely reflect what’s recorded in the mobile apps, helping build confidence in the system.
Behind the scenes, structural updates are underway to make future design and feature changes faster and more flexible. Early analytics tracking has also been introduced to better understand how reports are used, supporting ongoing improvements.
In addition, farmers can now import EIDs for existing cattle via CSV, providing a practical and time-saving enhancement for herd management.
Milestone 1 sets the foundation for further Dashboard developments planned throughout the year, with a clear focus on improving first impressions, increasing engagement, and delivering a smoother user journey.
