    You can book a 30-minute online setup session with our customer support team to go through the software and connecting kit once your subscription is active. Alternatively, when you purchase the eWeighCrate, one of the team can do an on-farm visit to help you get set up.

    Could I buy the hardware products outright?

    Will I lose all my data when I stop paying for iLivestock Software?

    No, If you choose not to renew your software subscription and stop paying, you will not lose your data immediately. Your data will be securely stored for a limited period, allowing you time to reactivate your subscription or export your data.

    Will the products be delivered to my farm?

    Yes, when you purchase iLivestock hardware products, they will be delivered directly to your farm. You will receive updates from the courier about the status of your order, including notifications when it is on the way.

    What are the details of the manufacturer warranty?

    What’s the difference between monthly and yearly billing for the iLivestock Software?

    The difference between monthly and yearly billing is the payment term. With a monthly subscription, you will be billed every month, whereas with a yearly subscription, you will be charged once a year.
