    Ewen Wardman

    CEO & Co-Founder

    Ewen leads with a passion for improving livestock farming through smart technology. With experience in EID and RFID systems worldwide, he started the business to bring practical, innovative solutions to farmers.

    Jamie Pugh

    Jamie Pugh

    CCO & Co-Founder

    Jamie runs operations and service delivery. With a background in digital healthcare projects, he ensures iLivestock delivers tools that genuinely support farmers and work in real-world conditions.

    Georgia Foster

    Georgia Foster

    Head of International

    Originally from a sheep and beef farm in New Zealand, Georgia has worked across the UK and abroad in agri-tech and livestock management. She supports farmers locally and internationally.

    Head of UK Sales & Global Support

    Gabbi has over 15 years’ experience in SaaS and farm software. She’s passionate about helping farmers simplify their workload and get real value from digital tools.

    Head of Operations

    Sara leads business operations at iLivestock, focusing on supply chain, manufacturing, and how the company scales effectively. With a background in finance and project management, she brings structure, clarity, and efficiency across the team.

    Anne has a background in animal husbandry and product development. She bridges the gap between farmers’ needs and the tech team, making sure the product stays practical and farmer-focused.

    Stephen oversees development of the iLivestock platform. He’s worked on major apps like BBC Scotland and now focuses on features that integrate with farming equipment and daily routines.

    Yoni shapes how iLivestock tells its story, bringing clarity and consistency to how we communicate. With a background in agri-tech, she turns complex ideas into straightforward, meaningful messaging that connects with farmers, partners, and the wider industry.

    Head of Finance

    Nicole keeps the numbers in check and the business running smoothly. She makes sure the books balance, the wheels keep turning, and everyone stays happy. Especially on payday!

    Weighing, EID & Project Specialist

    Ian has decades of experience in livestock identification, having worked at Allflex and IGER. He knows the industry inside out and supports UK farmers in finding the right tech to suit their systems.

    Zoe studied Applied Animal Science and has a strong background in husbandry and agri customer service. She supports Scottish farmers in using iLivestock tools to make everyday tasks easier.

    Grant drives marketing, building brand visibility and generating opportunities across multiple regions. With a background in film and advertising, he focuses on how the company reaches and engages customers, turning strategy into campaigns that deliver growth.

    Sarah runs her own flock and uses iLivestock daily. With a background in farming and retail, she helps farmers get to grips with the software and hardware equipment in a down-to-earth, relatable way.

    Lead Logistics Coordinator

    Raised on a farm in Fife, Lorna oversees all logistics at iLivestock, managing everything coming in and out of the business. With a science background and practical agricultural experience, she keeps operations running smoothly as the company grows.

    Product Delivery Manager

    Stacey manages tech projects across web, mobile, and hardware. With a background in quality assurance, she focuses on building reliable tools that genuinely make life easier for farmers.

    Jules Coynel

    Senior iOS Engineer

    Jules builds iLivestock’s iPhone app. With experience developing apps for John Lewis and O2, he brings strong Apple expertise to tools designed for the farm.

    Mobile Engineer

    Kenneth specialises in Android development. With a background in QA and experience working globally, he brings fresh thinking to iLivestock’s mobile products.

    Senior Full Stack Engineer

    Stephen is a seasoned full stack engineer and AWS architect with experience building large-scale cloud systems for global companies including Shell, BP, and Bupa. At iLivestock, he applies that expertise to build scalable, secure systems that keep our technology performing at its best.

    Full-stack Engineer

    Stephen started in architecture before moving into software development. He now works across both frontend and backend, combining his eye for design with a passion for practical farm tech.

    QA Tester

    Steven ensures everything works before it reaches the user. Formerly a music teacher, he now applies his eye for detail to software testing and quality control at iLivestock.
